Nataraja And His Pancha Sabhas

The Dance of Lord Nataraja beholds and Sustains the Universe is the Vedic Conception. Although Chidambaram is the primordial kshetra where Lord Shiva as Nataraja performed the Ananda Tandava, for the sages Patanjali and Vyagrapada, there are four more temples/Kshetra where Lord Nataraja performed his celestial dance for various sages, these 5 temples together form the Pancha Sabhas of Lord Nataraja. This Volume documents in detail each of these 5 temples, covering their Mythology, Architecture, Art and Landscape. This is the first time a compilation of these 5 temples is attempted.
